This agreement is between Wamoone Development ("We", "Our", "Wamoone") and you ("User", "You"). By accessing or using Wamoone's Discord bot, website, dashboard, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Wamoone is a Discord bot that provides various functionalities, including levelling, rank cards, and fun features. It is designed to comply with Discord’s Developer Terms and does not intend to misuse any of Discord’s services.

You may not use Wamoone for purposes outside of its intended functionality, such as spamming, harassment, or violating Discord's Terms of Service.

By using Wamoone, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wamoone's services for your Discord server. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the bot.

When using Wamoone outside of Discord, you must mention that it is available at https://wamoone.com.

As a server owner, you are responsible for how Wamoone is used in your server. You may not:

• - Use Wamoone for spamming or advertisements.
• - Modify Wamoone’s messages in a misleading way.
• - Use Wamoone in servers that violate Discord’s Community Guidelines.
• - Attempt to access Wamoone’s backend or scrape its data.

Wamoone aims to provide reliable service, but outages and interruptions may occur. We are not liable for any damages caused by service disruptions.

You may stop using Wamoone at any time by removing the bot from your server. Upon removal, your data will be deleted but may persist in backups for a limited period.
