This Privacy Policy explains how Wamoone collects, processes, and protects your information when you interact with our Discord bot and web dashboard. We are committed to collecting only the minimal amount of data required to deliver tracking, ranking, and server management features.

2. Information We Collect

To provide functional leaderboards, level tracking, and server customizations, we process the following Discord platform data:

  • User Identifiers: Your Discord User ID, username, display name, and avatar URL.
  • Activity Metrics: Message counts, experience totals, level progression, and guild tag event timestamps.
  • Guild Data: Server IDs, server names, server icon URLs, role configurations, and designated announcement channels.
  • Custom Settings: User-submitted profile customization parameters such as background image links, blur levels, brightness settings, and accent colors.

Note: Wamoone does not store raw message contents or private messages.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is utilized strictly to compute level curves, render rank cards, display server leaderboards, process tag event notifications, and authenticate dashboard session requests. We never sell, monetize, or disclose your personal data to third parties or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your server and user data remains securely stored for as long as Wamoone is present in your server. Server administrators or individual users may request complete removal of their experience records and stored configurations at any time.

We implement industry-standard database access controls, secure tokens, and HTTPS encryption to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
